Utility Bill Payments

You can pay your Walnut Creek Water and Sewer Utility Bill 3 ways:

In Person

We are able to take a credit card, debit card or echeck payment over the phone at the Village Office – (919) 778-9687.

Bank Draft

We have introduced a new way to pay your Utility Bill automatically without any of the extra fees.  Simply fill out the following form and return it to us.  This form sets up permission for us to draft your bank account for your Utility Amount.  No more late fees!

Online Bill Pay

Please use this link to pay your Utility Bill on line: http://www.ub-pay.com

You will be prompted to set up a “Member Registration” profile.  The Village of Walnut Creek code is:  WalnutCreekNC532.  This code must be entered as shown.

When registering for online payments please be sure to enter your name the same way it appears on your bill.

Example:  JOHN M JONES should be entered with the caps just like the bill.

Please make sure you do not have a pop up blocker when trying to apply your payment.

Should you have any problems with the bill payment system please call the office and let the clerk know if you do have issues with the bill payment system.
