Utility Bill Payments
You can pay your Walnut Creek Water and Sewer Utility Bill 3 ways:
In Person
We are able to take a credit card, debit card or echeck payment over the phone at the Village Office – (919) 778-9687.
Bank Draft
We have discontinued the ACH Bank Draft option. Instead, you may use Online Bill Pay from our vendor instead. They can make those arrangements.
Online Bill Pay
Please use this link to pay your Utility Bill on line: https://walnutcreek.currentsoftware.app/. You will need to create a profile and you MUST know your account number in order link your profile with your Utility Bill.
- You MUST have your account number
- Please enter your name in ALL CAPS, just like it has on your bill.
- Example: JOHN M JONES should be entered with the caps just like the bill.
- If you experience problems in creating a profile, PLEASE disable any pop-up blockers you might have running.
Should you have any problems with the bill payment system please call the office and let the clerk know if you do have issues with the bill payment system.
